You need to optimize for more than one keyword phrase per page
We use search engine optimization to monitor the queries that drive traffic to a page, to improve the quality of the content on the page to better match those queries, and to modify or expand content (where appropriate) to match overlooked queries. There’s no need to
spend more time on the optimisation if your content is not appealing enough for your audience. There’s a debate as to whether or not this really matters. Optimizing your website will invariably lead to more organic traffic later on in the life of that website, so there’s no reason you shouldn’t do it.
Use Google Keyword Planner To Find Untapped Keywords
Google and Bing have moved far beyond algorithms that positively reward a keyword appearing multiple times in the URL string. Don’t hurt your chances of earning a click (which CAN impact your rankings) by overdoing keyword matching/repetition in your URLs. It is advisable to
check regularly on your website’s
rank and positions in the SERPs in order to assess
whether your SEO measures are having an effect.
But because there are also many factors which you
cannot influence, you should not get too stressed
by rankings. It is perfectly normal if your website
sometimes jumps 1-5 places. But if you manage to
get your site 10, 20, or 30 places higher, you should
be proud of yourself. Everyone likes to see a nicely designed website, but given a choice between a great looking website with little/poor content and a poor looking website with great content, people prefer the latter. They aren’t searching online to look at pretty websites. They’re searching online for a specific reason and if you meet their needs then there’s a good chance that they’ll make a purchase from you, either straight away or in the future. Focusing on user intent can help you as a business owner to optimize content based on ‘intent’ unlike before when you were optimizing content solely for SEO. It can help you build content marketing strategies around intent.
Do you have an SEO strategy for this year?
When working on your website, put the user first. Without them your site is worthless. Don’t bother with ‘shortcuts’. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. With the increase in powers of content, the journey for internet marketing people has taken a knifelike turn. Not so long ago it might be comparatively easy for a marketer to secure his business in top search engine results. If you look at the big picture, social media opens opportunities that eventually lead to SEO benefits. Gaz Hall, a Freelance SEO Consultant
, commented: "It’s all about website analytics — a powerful tool that gives you a full-picture analysis of how your website is doing online, and insight into areas that can use improvement. Services like Google Analytics give you a full-picture view of your site’s success with detailed statistics about a website’s traffic, visitors, conversions

Satisfy your users’ intent. Give them the information they seek! Perhaps they are searching for formal wear. So, you are trying to rank for those things, tuxedos and formal dresses or wedding outfits, which are tough to rank for. If the link to
your website can be found on a page with good content, chances are that people will trust that link. It's pointless to get a link from a website that people do not trust. Always ensure that your keyword or phrase appears in the first 100 words of your page, if not the first sentence. This is more important than keyword frequency. There are few things more frustrating and downright annoying than investing a large amount of money into a well-researched, written and designed piece of content — that nobody sees.
